How do I book a move with Move It Naples?
You can book a move by contacting us directly through our website, giving us a call, or sending an email. We will gather the necessary details and provide a customized quote. Once you approve the quote, we will confirm your booking and discuss any additional requirements.
What are your working hours?
Customer satisfaction is our top priority. That's why we are open 6 days a week, Monday through Saturday, 6am-12am. We also understand that sometimes moving plans can change last minute, which is why we gladly accept last minute requests. So don't hesitate to call us anytime during your move.
Where are you located?
We at Move It Naples are proud to serve the entire Southwest Florida region, from Marco Island to Fort Myers. Though we are based out of North Naples, we do not have a physical office at this time. How are your moving rates calculated?
Our rates are based on the number of movers, hours worked, and any additional factors including trailer or large box truck rental. We provide an estimate before your move, and final charges are based on the actual time spent.
What if my move takes longer than expected?
We strive to provide accurate estimates based on your move details. However, if the move takes longer due to unforeseen circumstances, additional hours will be billed at the agreed hourly rate. We keep you informed throughout the move.
What items can you not move?
We do not transport hazardous materials, flammable items, explosives, perishable food, pets, or plants. For a complete list of restricted items, please contact us directly.
How do you handle fragile or high-value items?
We take extra care with fragile and high-value items by using protective packing materials, securing them properly in the truck, and labeling boxes as fragile. If you have special instructions for any item, please inform our team.
What if I need to reschedule or cancel my move?
We understand that plans can change. You can reschedule or cancel your move, but please notify us at least 24 hours in advance. Contact us as soon as possible to discuss rescheduling options.
How do I prepare for moving day?
To make the moving day go smoothly, ensure all boxes are labeled, pathways are clear, and parking is available for a moving truck if necessary. If you have specific requests or instructions, please communicate them to our team beforehand.
Can you help move large or heavy items like pianos or safes?
We do not currently offer piano moving, however we are equipped to move safes up to 400lbs for two movers. We recommend emptying safes before moving day. Please let us know in advance so we can ensure the right equipment and personnel are available for your move.
How do I pay for my move?
Payment is due upon completion of the move. We accept cash, credit cards, and electronic payments. If you have any questions about payment, please contact us before your move.
Do you offer same-day or last-minute moves?
We can accommodate same-day or last-minute moves based on availability. Contact us as soon as possible to check for openings and arrange the details.
